职位描述
职位信息Key Responsibilities
1. Lead to formulate the company's development strategy, and adjust the strategy according to the internal and external environment.
2. Organize the implementation of the company's overall strategy, explore market opportunities, initiate innovation and reform.
3. Responsible for the overall operation and management of the project, including: Investment, application for construction, engineering, marketing, cost control, procurement, designing, finance, personnel, etc. to ensure the coordination between departments.
4. Oversee all projects tendering and planning and ensure quality of suppliers and contractors.
5. Responsible for overall management, supervision, monitoring of project cost, quality and progress
6. Preside over the design and modify of construction organization plan and project control schedule.
7. Organize to formulate, revise and implement the annual business plan of the company according to the company's annual business target issued by the board of directors.
8. Responsible for the organization and general coordination of all contractors of project
9. Supervise and control the implementation process of the business plan, and take full responsibility for the result.
10. Establish good communication with the board, regularly report to the board the management strategy and implementation of the plan, the use of funds and profit and loss status, the allocation of departments and personnel, and other major issues
11. Lead the company's public relations activities, and establish a good corporate image
12. Establish and improve the organization system and working system of the company.
13. Involved in selecting, appointing competent engineering candidate for each position;
14. Responsible for the assessment of working performance of the subordinate departments and posts
15. Take charge of the daily operation of the company
Qualification:
1. About 50 years old
2. Degree holder in surveying, real estate , property valuation, marketing or related disciplines
3.20 years or above working experience in real estate or construction consulting field
4. Knowledge of corporate management, real estate economy, construction, construction management, financial management, law and other aspects Knowledge of corporate management, real estate economy, construction, construction management, financial management, law and other aspects.
5. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
6. Strong people leader, able to lead in a matrix structure.
