Responsibility:
1,  Leading  the  initial  business  development  of  LAVA  in  China  including  :
2,  Refining  the  strategy  and  business  plan
3,  Identifying  key  local  partners
4,  Developing  local  marketing  strategy  and  associated  material
5,  Developing  all  other  material  necessary  to  market  expansion
6,  Conducting  the  local  daily  business  including:  Delivering  services  on  ESI  projects,  including  CEFC  
7,  Identifying  other  potential  projects  and  creating  sales  pitch  documents

Requirement:
1,  At  least  bachelor's  degree  in  business,  MBA/JD,  or  related
2,  At  least  5  to  8  years  of  actual  working  experience  in  this  fie  China,  with  a  focus  on  real  estate
3,  Solid  project  management  skills
4,  Solid  small  team  management  skills  (3~6  people)
5,  Solid  business  sense  and  understanding  of  business  metrics,  including  financials
6,  Fluent  in  English  and  Mandarin,  both  oral  and  written,  other  European  languages  a  plus
7,Strong  communication  and  negotiation  skills,  both  in  English  and  Chinese
8,  Good  understanding  of  the  landscape  of  the  real  estate  /  construction  business
9,  Hard  working  and  dedicated,  willing  to  build  a  career  and  develop  with  the  company
