工作职责    


公司主要从事工业厂房、办公楼、国际学校设计
配合主创设计师完成设计深化工作和全套施工图设计
能够解决项目有关的技术问题，与甲方有良好的沟通能力
根据设计进程完成相关工作
领导安排的其他工作。        

任职条件：
建筑学及相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上施工图设计经验
具有项目场地设计（总图设计）、规划设计、建筑设计等方面的能力
熟悉建筑设计标准、设计规范及行业标准，能严格遵守公司相关制度规范
必须使用Revit  进行施工图设计，并熟悉AUTOCAD、PHOTOSHOP、SKETCHUP等设计软件的使用
具有建筑工程行业方案设计或施工图设计工作经验和能力
熟悉项目设计流程，对项目前期的设计有较强的掌控能力
善于学习和沟通，富有团队意识，责任心强，有敬业精神


Responsibilities:

VA  is  mainly  engaged  in  the  design  of  industrial  workshop,  office  buildings  and  international  schools;
Cooperate  with  the  chief  architect  to  complete  the  design  deepening  work  and  construction  drawing  design;
Be  able  to  solve  technical  problems  and  have  good  communication  skills  with  the  Owner;
Complete  the  related  work  according  to  the  design  process

Qualifications:

Bachelor  degree  or  above  in  architecture  or  related  major,  more  than  5  years  working  experience  in  detail  design
Have  the  ability  of  project  site  design  (general  layout  design),  planning  design,  architectural  design,  etc
Familiar  with  architectural  design  standards,  design  specifications  and  industry  standards,  can  strictly  abide  by  the  company's  relevant  system  specifications.
Must  use  Revit  to  design  construction  drawings,  and  be  familiar  with  AutoCAD,  Photoshop,  SketchUp  and  other  design  software.
Experience  and  ability  in  conceptual  design  or  construction  drawing  design  in  construction  industry.
Familiar  with  the  project  design  process,  have  a  strong  ability  to  control  the  early  design  of  the  project.
Good  at  learning  and  communication,  full  of  team  spirit,  strong  sense  of  responsibility,  professional  spirit.
