职位描述:  
-  Degree  holder  or  with  professional  qualifications  (e.g.  MCIH,  MHKIH,  MRICS,  etc.)  
-  Minimum  10  years'  experience  in  management  of  shopping  arcade  and  Grade-A  office  building  in  Hong  Kong  of  China  and  PRC  
-  Responsible  for  overseeing  the  day-to-day  management  of  world-class  office  building  and  sizable  shopping  arcade  in  Beijing  
-  Fluency  in  spoken  Cantonese,  Putonghua,  English  and  proficiency  in  writing  English  and  Chinese  
-  Strong  leadership  with  good  interpersonal  skills  and  able  to  work  under  pressure  
Candidates  with  less  experience  will  be  considered  for  the  post  of  Property  Manager.
