1、    建筑专业本科或以上学历；
2、    从事本专业技术设计工作2年以上，具有大中型工程项目从方案至扩初施工图设计主要参与者的经验；
3、    具有本专业一定的理论基础，了解基本建设程序及城市规划、环境保护、市政交通等方面的政策法规和有关的技术标准、规程；了解建筑施工、安装方面的基本情况，能用1门外语阅读、笔译有关专业资料；
4、    熟练掌握计算机绘图技术（Cad、  天正、Sketch  up、Indesign、Photoshop）；
5、    掌握其他基本计算机工作软件（Word、  PPT  、Excel）；

1、Minimum  bachelor  degree  in  Architecture  ;
2、Minimum  2  years  of  working  experience  in  the  related  field,  participant  of  medium  and  large  scale  projects  from  concept  scheme  to  expanded  preliminary  design  independently；
3、Having  excellent  theoretical  basis  in  relative  specialized  field;  be  familiar  with  the  policy  and  technology  standard  &  rules  of  basic  urban  planning,  ecological  protection,  municipal  traffic;  Knowing  technological  development’s  current  situation  and  trend  of  urban  construction  at  home  and  abroad.  Be  able  to  use  one  foreign  language  to  read  and  translate  at  least  the  special  data;
4、Good  skills  in  CAD,  Tangent,  Sketch  up、Indesign、Photoshop;  
5、Good  skills  in  Word、  PPT  、Excel.
