1、    工民建或土木工程专业本科或以上学历；  
2、    3年以上大型甲级设计院或公司的结构设计工作经验；
3、    具备较强的项目设计能力、分析问题与解决问题能力；
4、    具有大、中型项目结构方案设计及施工图设计能力和经验；
5、    专业基础知识扎实，熟悉本专业各项规范及最新技术发展动态，对专业知识有较强的钻研精神；
6、    熟练使用PKPM  、SAP或ETABS等结构软件进行设计工作。
1、Minimum  Bachelor  degree  in  Industrial  and  civil  architecture  or  civil  engineering;
2、Minimum  3  years  of  working  experience  in  the  A-class  large  institute  of  design;
3、Have  strong  project  management  ability,  ability  to  analyzing  the  problem  and  solving  the  problem;  
4、Have  structure  design  capability  in  medium  and  large  scale  projects  from  scheme  to  expanded  preliminary  design;
5、  Having  excellent  theoretical  basis  in  structure；Be  familiar  with  all  kinds  of  code  standards  and  trend  of  technological  development.  Have  enquiring  mind  in  professional  knowledge;
6、Good  skills  in  PKPM、ETABS、SAP、MIDAS、ANSYS,  etc.
