1、    工民建或土木工程专业本科或以上学历；
2、    8年以上大型甲级设计院或公司的结构设计背景；      
3、    中级及以上技术职称，具有国家一级注册结构师资格证者优先；    
4、    熟悉结构各种设计施工规范标准，专业基础知识扎实，熟悉本专业各项规范及最新技术发展动态；
5、    具有较强的项目管理能力、分析问题与解决问题能力；
6、    敬业踏实，认真负责，细心严谨，有良好的职业素养和团队精神；
7、    熟练使用PKPM、ETABS、SAP、MIDAS、ANSYS等结构软件进行设计工作。

1、  Minimum  Bachelor  degree  in  Industrial  and  civil  architecture  or  civil  engineering;
2、  Minimum  10  years  of  working  experience  in  the  A-class  large  institute  of  design;
3、  Having  country  level  1  registered  structure  certificate  and  middle-level  professional  title  is  priority;  
4、  Having  excellent  theoretical  basis  in  structure；Be  familiar  with  all  kinds  of  code  standards  and  trend  of  technological  development;  
5、Have  strong  project  management  ability,  ability  to  analyzing  the  problem  and  solving  the  problem;  
6、Hard  work,  steady,  serious,  responsible,  carefully  and  precise.  Good  at  communicating  with  others,  in  teamwork  spirit;
7、Good  skills  in  PKPM、ETABS、SAP、MIDAS、ANSYS,  etc.
